Proposal document

There’s more to monumental artwork than the creation of a sculpture itself.  Location, landscaping and logistics are all part of the process so, when artist Charles Hadcock wanted to illustrate the scope of his capabilities he requested the production of a small ‘proposal’ document to showcase a sample project.
